strawberry picking

To say it was hot is a huge understatement. But, G was happy picking nonetheless...

Told ya it was hot out! And my kid is a SWEAT-er. not the kind you wear in the winter, but you know what I mean!

All that work earned brinner (breakfast for dinner) with Belgian waffles, homemade whip cream and strawberries!

Go Blue Tigers! (and a few random events!)

The Blue Tigers had a banner year!

Griffin loved Coach Kelly and he was terrific with the kids!

By some mistake, G got two trophies! Hooray!!

We also had a spring carnival at school that day...who doesn't love a bounce house?!

and torturing Riley with the sprinkler is better than getting Mommy all wet!

Mother's Day 2010

For Mother's Day this year, we spent time outside planting...

and time inside (Home Depot, to be exact) riding tractors.

It was a great day with my great kiddo!!

Burlington City Park

What a super-fun day! We met Ella and Skye (and their moms) at Burlington City Park. We brought a picnic lunch and bikes. These are our big FOUR year olds (who have been friends since they were about 4 months old)...

Ella has always loved to swing. She'd sit there for HOURS if you let her!

Happy Birthday, Aggie

A couple weeks ago we celebrated Aggie's birthday (her 21st if you must know!)

Nothing like a little healthy Wii competition to start the weekend off...

Some random handy-man was kind enough to lay a moisture barrier under my house (sadly, no photo of his equally goofy assistant)

There was a rock concert in honor of the maraca-playing birthday girl (can a rock band have an accordian?!?)

Thor was so excited about the party, he had to wear a diaper (just in case he wetted himself!) Aren't you embarrassed for him? (but isn't he cute...in an ugly-cute way!)
